Montefibre produces an innovative industrial-grade precursor for low-cost carbon fiber for end-use composite structures. The new carbon fiber precursor is much larger in tow size, significantly increasing productivity in carbonization and processing to produce composites, but maintains all the key mechanical properties of other carbon fibers currently in use.We make Carbon Fiber Universally Accessible

Montefibre Carbon’s 80K is set to become the new standard for Large Tow Carbon Fiber (LTCF) for industrial uses, and it will make carbon fiber universally accessible for high-volume industrial applications.
Our 80K LTCF is available in quality M500, designed to produce standard industrial quality carbon fiber, type T300, and used for: SMC for press molding, Pellets for injection molding and Milled for 3D printing and construction.
Also, the 80K is available in M600, engineered to produce carbon fiber with 600 Ksi (4.1 Gpa) and 34 msi (235 Gpa) for Pultrusion, UD tapes, NCF prepregs and Filament winding.
Our products are designed to combine affordable pricing with superior fiber quality for large-volume applications in non-aerospace uses.Montefibre's Carbon 80K
